Bartlettbreen er ein sidebre, kring 50 km lang og 9 km brei ved snuten, som flyt nordaust frå Nilsen Plateau og ut i Scottbreen like nord for Mount Gardiner. Han vart oppdaga i desember 1934 av den geologiske gruppa under Byrd Antarctic Expedition under Quin Blackburn, og namngjeven av Richard E. Byrd etter kaptein Robert A. Bartlett frå Brigus på Newfoundland, ein kjend sjømann og oppdagar i Arktis som tilrådde at ekspedisjonen skaffa seg «Bear», ei polarskute som vart kjøpt og av Byrd omdøypt «Bear of Oakland».[1]
