Sestrimobreen er ein 11 km lang og 4 km brei isbre på nordvestsida av Trinity Peninsula i Graham Land på Den antarktiske halvøya. Han ligg sørvest for Ogoyabreen, vest-nordvest for Broad Valley og nord for Cugnot forlandsbre. Han drenerer nordsida av Windy Gap og flyt nordover aust for Mount D'Urville og vest for Argentino Peak og ut i Lafond Bay i Bransfieldsundet sør for Cockerell Peninsula.


Isbreen er kalla opp etter busetnaden Sestrimo sør i Bulgaria.
