Rudshøgda er ei bygd midt mellom Brumunddal og Moelv i Ringsaker kommune i Hedmark fylke. Staden har sidan 1980-talet endra seg frå å vere eit skogsområde til eit industri- og handelsområde. Rudshøgda ligg mellom dei tre mjøsbyane Hamar, Gjøvik og Lillehammer.


Rudshøgda er òg kjend for å vere heimstaden til Alf Prøysen, med Prøysenstua og Prøysenhuset som turistattraksjonar. Frå 1915 til 1994 var Rudshøgda tilknytt jernbanenettet gjennom Rudshøgda stasjon.
