Smalmarihand (Dactylorhiza traunsteineri) er ein plante i marihandfamilien (orkidéfamilien)




Blomstrande smalmarihand i Tyskland.


Planten er kring 20–40 cm. Han har tynn stengel og lange, smale blad, som regel med flekkete overside. Blomane er purpurraude og sit i fåblomstra aks.


Smalmarihand veks i kalkrike våtmarksområde. Han er rekna som sårbar i Noreg, der han er påvist på Austlandet og Sørlandet.
