Semsvannet er eit stort vatn i Asker kommune i Akershus fylke. Vatnet ligg i nærleiken av Skaugumsåsen, og i eit område som vart verna 2. oktober 1992. Ut av vatnet renn Askerelva, inn i vatnet renn Gupuelva.


Vassflata ligg 145 meter over havet, og vatnet er om lag 0,75 km² stort. Djupna er på det meste 34 meter.[1] Av fisk finst det mest gjedde, åbor og mort, men òg litt aure, røye, sik og sutar.


Vatnet kan nyttast til bading, og det er òg lagt til rette for å gå tur kring vatnet, eller løpe, slik mange gjer. Fleire turstigar og skiløyper opp i Vestmarka tek til her. På garden Tveiter attmed vatnet, eigd av Asker kommune, har Asker Turlag lokale i det såkalla Bryggerhuset.
