Bancroft Bay er ei bukt som ligg mellom Charlotte Bay og Wilhelmina Bay, langs vestkysten av Graham Land. Bukta vart først grovt skissert av Belgica-ekspedisjonen under Gerlache, 1897–99. Ho vart kartlagd på ny av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey frå flyfoto teken av Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition, 1955–57, og vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1960 etter Anthony D. Bancroft, landmålar under den sistnemnte ekspedisjonen.
