Île Doumer er ei øy med ein 515 meter høg pyramideforma topp, som ligg mellom den sørlege delen av Île Anvers og Wiencke Island i Antarktiske Arkipel. Ho vart oppdaga av Belgica-ekspedisjonen, 1897–99, under Gerlache. Ho vart oppdaga på ny og kartlagd av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1903–05, under Charcot, som namngav ho etter Paul Doumer, leiar for Chamber of Deputies og seinare president i Frankrike.


Chile har ein sommaropen forskingstasjon her (sørsida av South Bay), kalla Yelcho, administrert av Det chilenske antarktiske instituttet.[1]
