Kirkuk


Kirkuk er ein by i Nord-Irak, med om lag 1.200.000 ibuarar. Byen ligg i eit oljerikt område og det bur både kurdarar og arabarar der. I dag (2017) er byen styrt av kurderane, men på grunn av dei rike oljeførekomstane krev regjeringa i Bagdad kontroll over byen.
