Branford Marsalis (fødd 26. august 1960) er ein USA-amerikansk saksofonist, komponist og bandleiar. Han har blitt omtalt som «ein av dei mest respekterte nolverande jazz-instrumentalistane i USA».[1] Han er hovudsakleg kjend for arbeidet sitt innan jazz som leiar av Branford Marsalis Quartet, men har òg vore soloist i klassiske ensemble og ha leia gruppa Buckshot LeFonque.


Han har òg spelt med pop- og rockeartistar som Sting, som han spelte med både i studio og på scenen frå 1985 til 1999, og Grateful Dead.


Frå 1992 til 1995 var Branford leiar for The Tonight Show Band på The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
