Louise Island er ein isdekt øy som ligg 1,5 km vest for Emma Island, og 1,5 km aust for Cape Anna og Anna Cove på sørvestsida av innløpet til Wilhelmina Bay, 1,5 km nordvest for innløpet til Hugershoff Cove, langs vestkysten av Graham Land. Ho vart oppdaga av Belgica-ekspedisjonen, 1897–99, under løytnant Adrien de Gerlache, og vart namngjeven av han etter syster hans.
