Ural (russisk Урал, kasakhisk: Жайық, Zjajyk eller Jayıq), kalla Jaik før 1775, er ei elv som renn gjennom Russland og Kasakhstan. Ho spring ut frå dei sørlege Uralfjella og endar opp i Kaspihavet etter ei lengd på 2 428 km. Grensa mellom Europa og Asia vert ofte rekna for å gå langs elva.


Elva renn frå austsida av Uralfjella og sørover gjennom Magnitogorsk, og rundt sørenden av Uralfjella, gjennom Orsk der ho snur vestover i 300 km. Ho kjem så til Orenburg der ho mottar Sakmara. Frå Orenburg held ho fram vestover og inn i Kasakhstan. Ved Oral snur ho sørover igjen og svingar seg gjennom ei vid, flat slette før ho munnar ut i Kaspihavet ved Atyrau.
